The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a group of volunteers led by the Board Chair, committed to ensuring that our local Habitat does the best possible work in pursuit of its goal to end the cycle of poverty through affordable homeownership. Board members can serve for a maximum of two terms (one term = three years) and are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board is responsible for the overall governance of Habitat Mid-Vancouver Island; actively engaged in determining the future strategies and are advocates in the community for Habitat’s work.
